HydRegen Strengthens Capability with Appointment of Analytical and DSP Chemist
Oxford, UK – HydRegen is pleased to announce the appointment of Kat Usachova as Analytical and DSP Chemist, further strengthening the company's capabilities as it advances its biocatalytic hydrogenation platform towards commercial deployment.
Kat joins HydRegen with experience spanning analytical chemistry, purification, fermentation, enzyme-based systems and process development. Her background includes work characterising complex biological and chemical systems, developing analytical methods and supporting the translation of scientific discoveries into practical processes

In her new role, Kat will support the development and scale-up of HydRegen's technology platform, helping to strengthen analytical workflows, improve process understanding and enhance downstream processing capabilities. These activities are central to generating high-quality data and accelerating the development of commercially relevant manufacturing processes.
