Technical Program Manager - Chemistry & Engineering

The role

We are seeking a Technical Program Manager to drive delivery across our Chemistry and Engineering teams. This is a hands-on, onsite role combining project leadership with technical understanding of lab workflows.

You will own planning, coordination and execution of interdisciplinary R&D and customer projects, ensuring high-quality data generation, efficient resource use, and on-time delivery. Success in this role requires a strong “delivery mindset”, combining structured project management with active engagement in laboratory operations.
